Refund & Returns Policy – Stacked Auto

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Stacked Auto. This policy outlines how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for:
Incorrect items received
Faulty or defective products (this does not constitute 3D printing blemishes that are deemed passable through QC)
Items damaged during delivery (photo evidence must be provided)
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted, as all products are made-to-order.
Items must be returned in:
Original condition
Unused
With all accessories and packaging intact
2. Time Frame
You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.
3. Return Process
To start a return, contact Stacked Auto through the Contact Us page with:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, excluding shipping costs.
6. Exchanges
If you request an exchange, we will send a replacement once the returned item is received (subject to product and production timeline availability).
7. Shipping Costs
Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product:
You are responsible for return shipping costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
If the error was ours, we will cover all return and replacement shipping costs.
8. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
