This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 5-8 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will not be considered part of the expected processing time until the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer shipping through:

  • Australia Post

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, volume, destination, and shipping method.

3. Delivery Time Estimates

Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method. Typical estimates:

  • Domestic Australia: 2-7 business days

  • International: 7-20 business days

These are estimates only—delays outside our control may occur.

4. Tracking

Tracking is unavailable for envelope packaged products e.g. stickers/decals.

Some stickers/decals may constitute the use of larger packaging methods and therefore become eligible for tracking details.

All other orders include tracking where available. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship:

  • To PO boxes for oversized items

  • Hazardous or restricted items

  • To certain countries depending on carrier restrictions

6. Wrong Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure your address is accurate.
We are not responsible for:

  • Delays or lost parcels due to incorrect addresses

  • Packages returned because they were unclaimed

If a package is returned to us, we can reship it at the buyer’s expense.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or lost, contact us and we’ll lodge an investigation with the carrier.

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees

  • Import duties

  • Local taxes

These are not included in checkout prices.
