FAQs

The dispatch breakdown is as follows:

• All orders are dispatched on Fridays/Saturdays.

• Tuesday midnight is the cutoff to guarantee same week dispatch.

• Wednesday, there is no guarantee same week dispatch can be achieved.

• Orders placed Thursday through to Sunday will be shipped the following week on Friday/Saturday.

Whilst 3D printing is an amazingly powerful and accessible manufacturing method, it is not perfect. Any small blemishes on products received will have passed strict quality assessment which determines that the blemish will not affect structural integrity of the product and/or is located in an unseen area. I am constantly striving to refine and improve my designs and print processes to ensure the most reliable and consistent results for you.

Custom colours can be requested at the expense of the customer. The cost of this will be the price of the product + the printing material and its shipping to me. The remainder of the material will not be provided with the purchase and refunds on custom coloured parts are not allowed.

The files for products I make and sell are strictly not for sale.

At this stage I am unable to take on design requests/commissions, but please feel free to contact me if you feel there is something truly important that should be made. Please also understand that I do not have access to every vehicle that may be requested.
